Great service, no issues

I signed up for Breezeline's internet and mobile bundle a few months ago after getting frustrated with my old provider. The sign-up process was super easy online, and I even got a good introductory rate. Installation for the internet was scheduled quickly, and the tech was really efficient, in and out in less than an hour. The internet has been incredibly reliable; I haven't had any outages or slowdowns, which is a huge relief. The mobile plan is also working out well, good coverage where I need it. Their customer support was helpful when I had a question about setting up autopay. I will definitely stick with them for a long time!

Easy switch, fast internet

I moved and needed new internet, so I checked Breezeline. Ordering the 500 mbps internet online was straightforward; the website was easy to navigate. I scheduled installation for a Tuesday. The technician called ahead, arrived on time, and was professional. He installed the service and set up the modem in about an hour. I decided to use their managed wifi, and it's been working great for all my devices. The bill came as expected. I had a quick question about my first statement, and customer service answered pretty fast on the phone. Overall a smooth experience.

Good internet speed

Switched to Breezeline for gigabit internet. Installation was quick, took about an hour. Speeds are as advertised, no complaints there. Setup was easy. Very happy with the performance so far.

I'm currently with Xfinity and considering switching to Breezeline. How do they compare, especially on speeds and customer service in the Columbus area?

A Ashley Parker 3 weeks ago
I switched from Xfinity to Breezeline fiber in Columbus last year and it's been way better. Speeds are more consistent and I've actually gotten help when I called. Xfinity was a nightmare.

Honestly, it's a toss-up depending on your exact street. Some friends swear by Breezeline, others say Xfinity's fine. I'd check what fiber options are available at your address specifically, that makes a big difference.

Thinking of switching to Breezeline, but I'm in Virginia Beach. How's the internet reliability down there? Don't want to deal with constant outages.

B Ben 1 week ago
I'm in Chesapeake, pretty close to VB. Haven't had many issues, maybe a couple of brief blips in the past year. Much better than my old provider.

It's generally pretty solid for me in VB. Fiber's been great. Had one big outage last winter but that was weather related. Speeds are consistent.

Hey, does Breezeline do any kind of student discount? My college kid needs reliable internet and every bit helps.

O Olivia Allen 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I remember seeing something about a student discount when I was signing up last fall. Check their website or ask customer service, they definitely have one.

They do! My daughter got one. Not huge, but enough to make a difference. Worth asking about, probably needs student ID proof or something.

Do I really need to sign a contract with Breezeline for internet? Trying to avoid getting locked in if I don't like it.

H Hannah Scott 4 weeks ago
Nah, I got mine without a contract. I think they have options for both, just gotta pick the no-contract one when you sign up. Might be slightly more expensive monthly but gives you flexibility.

Mine was no contract, but I think the intro deals are usually for 12 or 24 months. You can still cancel, but you might miss out on the best pricing if you don't commit to the term.

Can I use my own router and modem with Breezeline or do I have to rent theirs? My current gear is pretty good.

A Abigail Scott 1 month ago
You can totally use your own router. For the modem, I think it depends on if you're getting fiber or cable. If it's fiber, they usually provide the ONT (modem part) but you can use your own router after that.

Yeah, I use my own Wi-Fi mesh system with their fiber service. No issues. Just make sure your modem is compatible if you're on a cable plan, their site should have a list.
